Our traditional wine cellar is our hotel’s “treasure chest”. A wide selection of wines is kept here, with rare and prestigious regional and international labels. From spiced to aromatic or sparkling: you’ll have a wonderful feast for the senses, with excellent wine and cuisine in an ambience loaded with atmosphere.

Once a week, chef Andrea personally invites you to a wine tasting in the cellar of the Hotel Ballguthof: a tasting that will involve all your senses, with high quality noble wines with a wealth of history and unique characteristics.

Purchases

Whether for personal consumption or you want to take home a gift from a great wine region like South Tyrol, wine lovers can buy our wines, made with innovative oenological technology, at our 4-star hotel. We also strongly recommend the wines made by our partner winery Bachgütl di Lana.

Gourmet pairings

An exciting game of taste for every refined palate: the harmonious pairings of our excellent wines and delicious dishes will be sure to enchant you! We have some very interesting cheese varieties that pair very nicely with the wines.
